I use Word a lot to write texts both in English and in Portuguese. As I
bought my laptop in the US, with a US keyboard, I have assigned some keyboard
shortcut keys to the punctuation marks used in Portuguese. The problem is
sometimes my keyboard gets crazy and won't work with either English text
marks (such as hyphens, slashs, questions marks, etc.) or the Portuguese
marks. Why does it happen and how can I solve this problem.
