Thread: Printer/scanner

it has nothing to do with logons.
it does however have to do with type of connection, are these both USB, or
do they share the printer connection?

did you plug first your hardware(printer)before dowloading the sofware of the
printer?( one at the time)and later plug your scanner and download the sofware

some hadware need to be plug to the computer first, the wizzard pop up and
ask for the software then you place your cd (software) to install

the number of user doesn't have nothing to do unless you are using a limited
account to install the software
