Default would a GDDR3 Video card work on a D865PERL intel board?

My ATI all in wonder 9600 crapped out after about 5 years of service and im looking into getting another all in wonder, and this ATI All in wonder x800 XL i was looking at sounds like a great upgrade, but im not sure if it will work or not. If not, then i will settle for a 9800 pro all in wonder, just not sure if that one comes in a 256 or just 128 (128) is what i had and it satisfied me in all video and gaming.

    Hi your card support

"Universal 0.8/1.5 V AGP 3.0 connector (with integrated retention mechanism) supporting 4x and 8x AGP cards"

    the X800 is

"AGP 8X support or PCI Express support"

of course you should buy the AGP card
