    have you
    updated some drivers ?
    installed new software ?

or maybe your RAM is damaged
install this on a floppy disk and boot your PC to find out is it has bad memory

i havent installed any new drivers which coud be the issue considering the computer was down for a while and i had someone else on another forum suggest the same.

no new programs basically all that is on it is world of warcraft, ares, and winamp.

as soon as i get home ill run that test and post some feedback on what happened. thx. =)

i ran windows memory DOS and it didnt pick up any problems with my RAM.

still getting the blue screen when i do things to fast or try to boot up world of warcraft. lol...

could this have anything to do with the fact that i went from over a gig of ram down to 512 RAM?

vista home premium. if this is the problem how is it fixed? because my power supply cant handle the ram and the vid card i had in so i had to take some out.

buy a new power supply and more ram? i hope that isnt the case...

Vista with half Gb of ram is not a good option..

i would install the most stable Windows version for desktop/notebook users:

windows XP corporate edition SP2 (the corporate edition is the Pro edition that doesn't need activation)

hmm. so if i got say another 256mb it may stop blue screening?

and also the windows xp thing is gonna be my last resort because i like vista, but where do i get the version that i dont need to register, on microsoft.com? or what
