    Default Video Resolution

I just brought an mp3 player that can handle videos with a resolution of 640 x 480. Is there a program I can use to convert videos from 320 x 240 to 640 x 480?

When you play a 320*200 video in your MP3 player screen do you see it "fullscreen" or littler than your screen size ?

I havnt done it yet, but i believe if I was to put a 320 x 240 on it that it would blow it up to fit the whole screen.

in this case you really don't need to change the size of a video before transferring it to your MP3 Player : it is ready to solve this problem

Well the only thing is it does fit the whole screen, but the video quality goes down the tubes.

Taking a video from 320x240 to 640x480 will not increase the resolution (will not improve the video quality) only the size change.

Is it possible to make a resolution bigger and keep the same quality through like a a special program or something? Or is it that if a video is at a set resolution that you can't change its quality.

With Aadobe Premiere (not so easy to use) you can change the properties of a Video (size too of course) but you can't increase the Quality (if you try to magnify a small picture you will understand what i mean)
