Default Information on Cisco Telephony Solutions

Can anyone advise some good information on Cisco telephony solutions? My
company is looking into a new phone system. We have done some homework on
the NBX line from 3Com and would like to also consider Cisco.

    Thank you in advance,

    Jonathan

That's two what about offerings from Mitel, Avaya and Nortel. If you really
are looking into it you should explore multiple options.

I have used Mitel VOIP before, and it is "ok". Avaya does make a good VOIP product and may be worth looking at, but I would dismiss Nortel VOIP.

As for Cisco VOIP you would be hard pressed to find a better product in my opinion.

Your Cisco VOIP options vary depending on your needs. Number of phones , feature's etc. which would determine if you needed a CCM server or if using Cisco Call Manager Express would be an option.

Do you have any additional information that you can share pertaining to your needs and current setup?
