    Default Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack.

    My friend has windows 2000 pro and tried to pay a bill online with their checking account and was instructed to upgrade to a 128-bit encryption browser before they can do this. They had no problem before but now they do.
    Do you know how to get this update downloaded and installed on their computer?

    you simply have to upgrade the encryption of your browser

    for Internet Explorer look here
