Windows 2000 Web Folders
Some time ago we used to access with "My network places" from a
Windows 2000 SP4 PC to a remote PC using http. There we downloaded,
locally modify and uploaded again files (doc, pdf, jpg,...).
Some days ago, however, the process didn't work anymore. We can create
and delete folders or directly save from Word 2000 to the Network
place... but when we try to paste a txt or pdf file we get an message
about an error copying some or all selected files.
The same process from a Windows XP PC goes fine, and someone said to
me that there were some changes recently on remote PC (maybe a change
from w2000 to XP or w2003).
Could it be a compatibility problem between 2000 and XP Web Folders?
What can I do to identify the problem?
Thank you very much in advance.
